Due to the lack of national and industry standards for "polyamide (nylon) cable ties" in China, in order to regulate corporate behavior, ensure product quality and safety, and promote the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure of the plastic wiring equipment industry, Changhong Plastic Co., Ltd. applied to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2010 to develop an industry standard for "self-locking polyamide (nylon) cable ties" based on industrial development needs. Recently, it was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and passed the public notice.
