During the production process of plastic cable ties, the bending angle of the equipment should not be increased too much, and the pressure should not be increased too much, otherwise it will damage the cable ties and affect their service life.
If plastic cable ties are not properly controlled during printing, it can cause contaminants to appear on the plastic cable ties. What are the causes of pollutants
In the printing process of plastic zip ties, the zip ties that appear on the same printing plate for the printed pattern always follow a regular pattern and remain in the same position, even if the scraper moves left and right while the zip ties remain in the same position. The reason for the appearance of zip ties is due to the coarse particles in the ink pushing up the scraper during printing. Although the scraper moves left and right, it cannot drive the coarse particles, resulting in a fixed position zip tie failure on the printed product.
The most fundamental way to eliminate such faults is to re filter the ink. It is recommended to use a 140 mesh metal sieve for filtering, then check for damage to the ink scraper, and finally turn on the machine for printing.
It should be pointed out that sometimes irregular cable ties of varying thickness may appear on printed products, and such cable ties should be overhauled on the machine.
Another reason is that the plastic cable tie is worn on the roller of the paper delivery chain sleeve, causing the cable tie to tilt and resulting in paper loss.
As is well known, the movement of the winding chain on the guide rail is achieved by the rotation of the sleeve roller on the chain link pin shaft. When the plastic cable tie machine is used for a long time, the sleeve rollers of the chain connecting the paper receiving teeth row wear out due to strong force, and the edges are more severe, resulting in a change in the handover position when the paper receiving teeth are biting and receiving paper. Sometimes, the paper biting teeth cannot hold the paper and cause paper loss faults.
Exclusion: After repeated inspection, it was confirmed that the fault was caused by severe wear of the chain sleeve roller. To achieve this, it is necessary to stop the machine and replace the sleeve roller that connects to the paper delivery rack.
